Social NPW Instructor

This education is an introductory course for people who wish to establish a Pole Walking Group in their neighborhood, with friends as a social wellness activity, or to integrate Nordic Pole Walking into existing Walking Groups. They learn the rudimental basics of the NPW technique, health benefits and how to establish a social wellness activity.

Requirements:
- A valid CPR
- Average physical fitness.
