The course provides the skills to establish and conduct NPW classes/groups continuously, for their on their own business, for Health Clubs, Corporate Fitness or other employers.

Content:
- Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics related to the scientifically proven health benefits of NPW.
- Method to teach the NPW technique
- Analyzing the technique and corrections
- Rules/safty management
- Doing business with Nordic PoleWalkingUSA LLC.

Schedule:
- 15 Lessons
- 5 Lessons Home Study before the seminar
- 10 Lessons on site (8 Hours = 1 Day)
- Teaching Exam & Multiple Choice Exam

- Valid CPR

This course is recognized for credits for Continuous Education (CEC) from the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and others. With the Diploma NPWUSA provides the papers for CEC application.
